I’ve had my hair cut by Alex for almost a year now. I had a bad haircut experience and she helped me start over with a cute curly pixie cut and I felt immediate relief as my hair turned out so good. I’m not easily trusting when finding a new hairstylist but after my 4th haircut with her and receiving more compliments than I have in years, Alex has definitely won me over. Edit: I’ve been following Harper’s hair tips for 1 month now, and my hair and scalp have seriously never been healthier. Thank you thank you!!

Original: Harper was AMAZING! In addition to giving me a cut & style that made me feel so beautiful and confident, she also provided lots of excellent tips about hair care that I’m really excited to try out. And, after I let her know that I had some ear piercings that were still healing, she was very gentle around that area and made sure to avoid them. I had such a wonderful experience at The Factory Hair Salon! This was my first time there, and I’m so happy I found this place. Alex was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the kind of haircut I was hoping for. My hair feels so much lighter, has beautiful movement, and the layers are exactly what I wanted.
